St Thomas’s Penycae

About us

St Thomas’ was built in 1878 and is located at the upper south western end of Penycae. The church is a grade II listed building with a churchyard and is in a conservation area. The church also has a hall in the centre of the village which is run as an independent charitable organisation. It is used for Messy Church, meetings, social and fundraising events as well as being available for hire. The congregation work well together and fundraising is a high priority. The church is popular for Life Events, baptisms, weddings and funerals.

Weekly services on SUNDAY at 11am*

*Communion services on 2nd and 4th Sundays and Morning Prayer 1st and 3rd Sundays.
